A little bit about us...

History of Windsor Norwich Terriers

As life long terrier owners and enthusiasts, we most admire the Norwich Terrier’s feisty, yet sweet personality, sturdy build, and quirky antics.  We carefully plan one or two litters per year, with our primary focus being health and overall improvement of the breed.

a member and signator of the Code of Ethics of the national breed club, the Norwich Terrier Club of America (NTCA). 

As responsible Norwich Terrier breeders, we know that breeding for excellent health and temperament are equally as important as breeding to the standard, therefore, our Norwich, and any other Norwich we may use in our breeding program must have passing test clearances on eyes (CERF), and hips and patellas (OFA).  Occasionally we have puppies available to approved homes (see our questionnaire on

the Contact Us page).  Our puppies are born and raised in our home with exposure to all aspects of family life.  They are smothered with love and attention and are well socialized.  We begin crate training/housebreaking around 6 weeks of age.  They begin a series of puppy shots at 8 weeks of age and are microchipped at 11 weeks by our veterinarian.  We provide a crate for safe travel and sleep, a blanket for familiar scents, and a favorite toy when puppies transition to their new home at approximately 12 weeks of age.

We occasionally must place adult dogs in order to move toward and continue doing what we love.  It’s never easy but it is necessary.  If you think an adult Norwich Terrier might be right for you, please let us know.  Our adults are lovable, housebroken, and leash-trained companions, ready for spoiling!  If you would like to come by for a visit to meet us and our terriers, please call or e-mail to arrange a visit.
